Today is Brandon's 26th birthday!! April is always a busy month for us! Not only is it tax month, but it is Brandon's Bday, Addison's Bday, and our Anniversary!! Pretty crazy!! We will be going to Disneyland to celebrate it all next week! Finally this will be our first VACATION EVER since we have been married! We know it is a much needed trip which hopefully will take a little stress off of our lives!!!

So Addison and I and a few friends from work went to a spring training game for the Diamondbacks!! We had a blast! We sat in the lawn seats right by where they practice and throw the ball and all these little kids kept asking for them to throw a ball to them the whole time!! Addison was so interested in them playing and kept calling the catcher a monster cause of all his gear. haha she was so fun! Anyways right as Addison kept looking down at the team members, they looked up at Addison and threw her a game ball and all of the little boys got so mad!! It was the cutest thing!! Even cuter than their uniforms.. haha

Ok so sice it has been 7 months without blogging I have a lot to catch up with you all!! We have been soo busy and have also been through a lot! I finally quit that stupid job of mine which was a HUGE COP OUT!!!! Well I thought i was smart for quitting it but then I turned stupid again and started ANOTHER stupid job. Oh well soon I will be done working and will be able to spend all of my time with my Addison. Speaking of Addison, she is getting huge and talking like she is 3! Her 2nd birthday is ocming up on the 27th and it is going to be soooo big! I feel like I don't spend time with her so we are definately making it up to her.. Alright Alright you guys I finally have updated my blog!! So just to let you all what has gone on.... Addison is getting so BIG!!!! Every day just gets more and more fun!! It is unbelievable the things that she says and does!! I love her so much! She also has graduated to nursery status!! She loves it and also steals all of the toys from all the other kids and occaisionally gives them a bop on the head. THat's my girl haha ... Brandon and I are doing good. I am staying so dang busy at work and am still trying to get this working mom thing down ... same thing for brandon. I work all the weekend and he stays at home alone with Adds all day too. SO we are still alive JEN and Kristi haha and can't wait to see some of you all soon!

ago Brandon and I got a chance to take Addison out to do some fun stuff.... We went to the mall and she got to play on the splash pad with all of the kids. She loved it so so so much!!! This past month my mom and dad have been trying to get everything ready for a mission they have been preparing to go on their whole lives... Well finally the time has come. They will be leaving this next Saturday, the 11th, for the MTC. They will be leaving after that to Louisville, Kentucky for the next two years!!! I am so happy for them and support them 100%. I love them to death and can't wait to see them again soon.

While we were at Mount Charlston, we decided to hike Cathedral Mountain... We had a very close family friend come with us to show us the ropes. Everybody didn't go but I thought I was for sure going to make it through the whole thing.. Well I found out I wasn't in near as good shape as I thought I was. I thought I was going to DIE!!! I had to come down the rest of the mountain it was so tough!!! Oh well maybe next time..

We had the best time this past week in Vegas for our family reunion. I can't remember the last time all eight of us brothers and sisters have gotten the chance to see each other again. Well, there wasn't much sitting and talking for Brandon and I because ADDISON was running all over the place! She was also the family bully!! TRUST ME I HAVE NO CLUE WHO SHE GETS IT FROM HAHAHA .... Well one cousin after another, she would scratch and bite or pinch!! I am so sorry to all of my nieces and nephews who were victims.. We went to Mount Charlston and did a ton of different activities. We hiked and had marshmellow wars and swam a ton too!! It was an absolute blast! I will post more pictures, I just don't have all of them yet.

Well I don't think I have actually written a blog since April!! Well just an update .. In April we had Brandon's birthday, Addison's 1st birthday, and our 2nd Anneversary. Also to top off April, we had my mom's birthday, little nephew's birthday, and also my brother in- law's birthday!!! It definately has been crazy!!! Also I started a new job at Julienne's Salon and Spa, and I totally love it. I absolutely hate leaving Addison, but with economy it is just what has to happen right now. So thanks to my friend Jessica... I learned how to use those stinkin coupons!! I went grocery shopping one day with her and look at all the things I got for 68 dollars!!!!!!!! I got all those toothpastes for free and those toilet paper for free too!!! I also got a lot of medicine like tylenol and advil but you can't really see them! THANKS JESS!!!!

Henry Brown's Cabin

Last weekend Brandon had to do some work up in Flagstaff on a cabin. He had to do all of that confusing wire stuff. He was going to end up being there for a little while so instead of him just going, we all went as a family. I love just making a trip out of little things like that. It was Henry Brown's cabin that we stayed at and we had so much fun. We invited some friends with us too, of course with Henry's permission, and we had a blast! It was cold and snowy which was way different than our 85 degree days. Addison didn't know what to think about the snow, but she sure loved the four wheelers and the rhino!!!!!

Today was so GREAT!!! As soon as I had Addison, I thought I would never have the chance to do hair again as much as I wanted to. Well I sure did eat my words today when I had 5 APPOINTMENTS today and 4 of the 5 were colors!!!! I love doing hair so much and it makes me feel so good!! I really can't explain the feeling it gives me, oh well I guess you all think I am way weird, but I can live with it haha.

I can't believe how big Addison is still getting! She is ten months now and time has just flew by!! Brandon has been working so hard and I have been cutting a lot of hair out of my house and time has seriously just gone by so fast. Addison is almost walking now and we just can't wait!! I can't believe how big Addison is getting! You never realize how fast it happens. I was just looking at my pictures just can't believe that she actually looks like a little girl. (not a baby...) She is getting so big so fast and I love every minute that I have with her. The bottom picture is her getting a taste of Daddy's sour patch kids. She just wanted more and more!

Last Friday Addison and I were feeling just fine. We never even would have thought we would have gotten sick. Well that night I woke up at like 2 and started to puke, and a half hour later Addison started to throw up as well. We were both throwing up constantly until the next morning and Addison started to get really limp and weak. We took her just to a quick care and they put an iv in her just to get her hydrated again. Well when we went home, she just kept throwing up for the next couple of days. Well we ended up taking her back in except this time they just sent us to the hospital. It was horrible!! They did so many tests on her and an iv and a catheter!! It was so sad. Well she has lost two pounds and is still throwing up.. I can only get a few fluids down her a day, but the worse part is that she is so hard to deal with.. I can only imagine how she feels though. Hopefully she will be better soon.

We had the funnest New Year's Eve party ever!! We went to our "New Best Friend's" house and just had a ton of fun all night. We had no clue that either of us would make it until midnight, but oh yeah look who did. While we were over there, we mostly talked the whole time and ate of course. This was the weekend of Thanksgiving. We had driven for sooo long just to get up to Salt Lake City. Even though Addison was amazing on the drive.... it was still way too hard to drive 11 hours.. (we had to stop and change diapers and all that good stuff.) We had a lot of fun with Brandon's family and even met up with a few friends in St. George. Addison had a LOT of fun with her best friend Emmie.. Even though Emmie is three months older Addison can still crush her!! Oh and thanks to JD and Kim's daughter, London, Addison now sticks her tongue out ALL THE TIME!!!

Oh my goodness. Today was a pretty good day. I came home and got Addison ready for bed and started to clean up the house and my salon. I started to look at the pictures on my camera which there are over 700 pictures and all of Addison's life up to now. I don't have any pictures on our computer or on a disk. So Brandon wanted to look at the camera and see how much memory was left when he said .... OH CRAP!! Oh I started to laugh cause I thought he was kidding but stupid me he wasn't. OH just all of my pictures of me and Addison in the hospital and all of the things we have done and all of our trips and so on are GONE!!!! I am so sad and still trying to calm down. We have no pictures of our wedding and now none of our baby...

Well in case you didn't notice... I LOVE to go to the park. We have like 6 of them around my housing development. I babysit two little boys every day (except the weekend) and sometimes we all go crazy in my house. So we always get rid of our energy by going to none the less.... the park. I feel stupid playing with them at the park, but sometimes I just need a little break myself. Hopefully Addison wont think I am crazy all her life.

For those of you all who haven't seen Addison when she was little (which wasn't very long...) here she is!! She was 6 lbs. 8oz. The picture before that was her blessing day. That day meant so much to me. To be able to see my parents with her was one of the best things ever. I love my family so much and it is my most favorite thing to be with them. It was the best day to be able to share with them... even if it is in Arizona.

Happy Halloween!! This was at Grandma and Grandpa Corbett's house on Halloween. We had an absolute blast with all of our family and friends. We went to a couple of houses and she got plenty of attention in her chicken costume. She would laugh when we put her costume on cause she knew she looked funny. When we put it on, she rubbed her hood on her face as if it were her blanket. She loves doing that. We had to take her costume off after an hour or so because it is still so hot here in Arizona. But soon after that it was time for my favorite..... BED!
